3rd March:

Alexander Technique and Art

Valerie Willets leads a session showing how Alexander Technique can be a powerful tool to optimise your artistic abilities. This session will introduce the principles of the technique and give you practical help as you make your art. We will take the opportunity to explore different ways of using our hands as we work.
