Encouraging a new generation of Artists

​'ASPIRING ARTISTS'
Friday 18th – Sunday 20th October in GATHER space in Dolphin Shopping Centre
As our Centenary year approaches the end, the last community event we are holding has the theme, and gives exposure to, artists of the future.
We have worked with 2 Poole schools over the last 18 months and we are putting together an exciting event, particularly aimed at children, leading up to the October half term.
This includes;
· A full Art Exhibition displaying artwork from our two Poole schools
· An Art Club that invites all children to come along and draw or paint a piece of artwork, under the guidance of our members. Prizes to be won.
· Different workshops and hands on demonstrations from Friday afternoon through to Sunday midday, delivered by several of our willing members.

We would welcome your involvement:
· Help us spread the word by inviting friends and family, particularly the younger generation to come and join in with the fun activities.
· Come along to see the exhibition and vote for your favourite two paintings. Prizes are being sponsored by DJ Brookings.
· Prize giving is Sunday afternoon at 3pm.
