Just a few more days left to go and see the latest exhibition by Poole and East Dorset Art Society - 'PEDAS 100: Unleashed'. What a wonderful expression of PEDAS talent on show in this their centenary year. It is great to see so many new and old members taking part. It's full, vibrant and colourful. Monday 4th is the last day to see it.

PEDAS SUNDAY AFTERNOON SESSION

Sunday 3 November - Joan Scott - Collage with Textures

Joan will demonstrate a few ways to use textured anaglypta wallpaper from B&Q. Perhaps members would like to see what they can find there. Also, she will show the effects that can be achieved by crushing thin (printer) paper or sheets from magazines - then adding acrylic paint, and crushing again. She will also bring some examples of the use of crushed baked eggshells and sand.
If anyone wants to work on crushed eggshells, sand or texture paste it's best to prepare it the day before so it can be thoroughly dry.
