The riverside walk along the Stour. Tutor Helen Talbot will be leading us. More details to follow.

Small tea rooms set in lovely countryside with ostriches, goats and donkeys.

Always a favourite plein air spot. Try to find a new angle on the castle!

DRAW THE DANDY CHARGERS!
11 September - Draw the Dandy Chargers at Upton Country Park
You are invited to participate in an Open Day at Upton Country Park.
Upton House which will be open to the public, and the Dandy Chargers will be in period costume displaying their regency bicycles on the lawn behind the house.  The Dandy Chargers are a group of enthusiasts of the pedestrian hobby horse, displaying and riding the machines at stately homes and in towns and cities. 
PEDAS artists will be painting and drawing the tableau from 10 am to 2 pm and we would like to invite all local artists to come along and join in the fun. Free to take part. Small parking charge. Bring your sketchbooks or easels and enjoy this great opportunity to capture something different. Find us on the back lawn.

OPEN DAY AT DUNSHAY MANOR, SWANAGE, Saturday 17th September
A further heritage related  event. Framed work by PEDAS members, browser pieces and cards for sale.
Demonstrations by Barry Kavanagh, (in the style of Van Gogh), Pam Marshall (oil painting hints and tips), Carol Cox (craft making), Penny Wilton (interactive painting session), Dawn Goodson (painting of the Manor), Dave Roberts (sketching in pen and ink en plein air)  and Steph and Dave Jones (badge making).

PEDAS WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON PROGRAMME 2022
Meetings on WEDNESDAY afternoons recommence on 7th September with a crit of Summer work by Helen Talbot.
Time: 2 pm - 4 pm, at Alderney Manor Community Centre, 287 Herbert Avenue  BH12 4HT.
​Visitors welcome. ​£3 for members, £5 for non-members.
